Drive Axels

I looked under my 99 Boxster today and examined the drive axels. I saw that they had the Porsche part number stickers on both of them. Does anyone know if they come that way originally or does this mean they might have been replaced (i hope). Thank you!

i have stickers on mine also. I don't know if they did this instead of stamping them like the otehr parts because of balancing issues.
