boxter missfire

hi, i need help. i have a 99 model year boxter 2.5 manual. i recently drove through some water and the vehicle developted a miss fire. i read the dtc's and came up with po300 and po305. i replaced cylinder 5 coil with a bosch unit which cured the missfire but now the vehicle runs a rough on idle and brings the engine management light on. when reading the fault codes it has multiple missfires on cylinders 1,2 and 3, when clearing the codes and running the vehicle it brings the light on after 90 secs, reading the codes it says missfire on 4,5 and 6. everytime the codes are read the missfire swaps banks. if anyone could give me any advise it would be greatly appreciated.
thanks mike

I would pull all the coil pack and clean them and dry them out. Reconnect and take for a drive. see what happens.
