X Factor Auto Sports

Does anyone know anything about these guys?
And/or anyone out there that has done a 3.8 into a 2.5 986 swap..?
Just looking around for ideas, I really like the numbers on this auction, but can't find any info on X Factor or a shop around Atlanta...

Why not try Jake Raby at Flat Six Innovations in Cleveland, GA?

The inability to find any info about a shop that supposedly has 12 years of experience,

a phone # that is unpublished rather than a listed number to their shop,

only 64 feedback and an ebay user id leads you to think that if they do have automotive experience, it's with japanese imports,

and finally, their auction looks more like an ad than an auction, what exactly would you be bidding on if you did bid?

Personally, I'd stay away, but that's just me.

I agree, it does look pretty shady at best.

There was an early Boxster with a 3.8 swap up on ebay in the last year (I don't remember details..) and I believe it was in the south somewhere. Just fishing for any info anyone has...

Where did you get your 3.4 done?

I had my conversion done by Roock Autosport in Atlanta but since then, the tecnician that did my conversion has gone back to Germany so I can't really vouch for them anymore.

If I had to do the conversion today though, I'd probably have a talk with Jake Raby and more than likey take my Boxster to him to have the work done.
