That's great stuff! I work in Technical Training for another automaker, and it's always interesting to see how other companies do course materials. I need to study the 986 stuff...

986 After Sales Training
Does anyone have the After Sales manuals for the 986? I have the shop manuals but I would love the actual After Sales manuals. Please help a man in need out and repost :)

Recommend you look into AutoLite.com. They have copies of dealer brochures as well as advertisements for your model year. |
The 2007 version of the after sales training document had 986/996 and 987/997 stuff in it. It was subtitled "General Servicing and Repairs - Sports Cars". To me it looked to be what minimum a service advisor or very junior technician would need to know in order not to look totally foolish and it was a classroom handout with room in each section for notes.
