Cool Headlight Adjustments - How?

Hi all,
How do you adjust the aim of the headlight and what tools are needed to do so? The Bentley book says I need to take it to the dealer, which is odd since the book shows how to pull an engine out, but can't show how to adjust the aim of my headlights??

My 98 owners manual actually has a good section on headlamp adjustment. You park on a level surface so many feet away from a wall, measure the beam at a certain height, etc... I'm planning to check mine eventually. If you pop the trunk and pull back the carpet you can see the ports where you make adjustments. It seems to be a relatively easy DIY project.
