Question 997 Steering Wheel for 986 Boxster?

Anyone know if the 997 Steering wheel can be fitted to 986 Boxster? Are the airbag connections the same?

Any thoughts or experiences?

Your help on this matter is greatly appreciated, thank you.

My understanding, and I could be wrong, is that they have different hubs and are not compatible.
