I asked this same question on another thread a while back and the only answer I got was that it was probably a "generic" picture. How the heck someone's going to be able to buy something with a generic shifter is beyond me. The message I got was "if they can't show a proper pic: stay away; far away".

Yes agreed...the B+M actually feels slower than stock to me on a 6 speed. Mainly because of the notchiness of the action. The precision is better but the feel is not good. Yes a pause in neutral is healthy for all
