shocks for a 1999 986

It time for new shocks on my '99 Boxter. I would appreciate any comments and/or suggestions. With 89000 miles I have been happy with the original shocks but I am now using this car for DE's. The dealers oem struts are very.. expensive. I have seen other shocks at different sites and prices very from $250 to $550. ($865 at the dealer)but I would appreciate any feedback/experience you can offer. :)

I've had it for 3 years and love it.
