MAF Sensor Typical Voltage Outputs

To add to the hundreds (?) of MAF-related posts...

I've searched pretty thoroughly, and I've been unable to locate anyone listing typical output voltages for a correctly functioning MAF. I've gotten a few random codes over the last few weeks that make it sound very likely that I need a new MAF sensor, but I'd love to be able to put a voltmeter on the actual sensor output and confirm this.

Anyone have a source? Or values?

Connect voltmeter to pin III/23 and ground.
Switch on the ignition.
Display: 0.9 to 1.1 V
Start engine.
Display: approx. 1.4 V

Pin info?

Thanks for the quick response.

A little research shows that there are 5 pins on the MAF connector - is Pin III labeled as such?

Out to the garage to rig up something that will slide into the connector and connect to my multimeter and still allow it to connect...
