Camshaft Position sensor problems ...Need help please?

Been fighting a CEL issue for a couple of weeks, and have these few left.

P1319-misfire emmision relevant
P1313-misfire cylinder 1 emission relevant
P1314-misfire cylinder 2 emission relevant
P1315-misfire cylinder 3 emission relevant
P0341- camshaft position sensor 1
I have done the following:
Changed the Varia Cam solenoid in Bank 1, swapped camshaft sensors right bank to left bank. Check Camshaft sensor wiring for power and continuity checks out ok, changed all coils and plugs bank 1. Car was driven last night about 30 miles, no CEL.

Let idle while I opened garage and CEL came on.
Also displayed P1127 when codes read..P1127 Oxygen Sensing Adaptation Area 2 (Cylinders 1 - 3) - Lean Threshold
Car idles a bit rough after a good run. Ideas please?
Problems appears to me to be mechanical? Timing? How to diagnose?

It sounds like the oil passages in the vario cam assembly may be obstructed... I have experienced this recently with the same exact symptoms.

Also, ensure the vario cam solenoid to those cylinders is getting power during the point of operation where it should be.. I'd use 3K RPM for a test point.

I am currently doing a ton of R&D with the vario cam arrangement.

Would this explain the rough idle?
I assume that the Vario cam is not moving back to idle position (layman's terms) causing the rough idle? Can the Vario Cam assembly be serviced other than the solenoid? Anywhere I can read up on this?
Thanks.
