cell phone chip base & navigation map CD

Hello

1- my porsche 04 has a display screen, navigation and a cell phone chip base, however, when i insert my cell phone chip i get a message says " phone is not available". how can i activate the phone service in the car and are there any equipments i have to buy to make the system work ?

2- is it possible to download the map for my navigation system from the web ? and if no, where can i get the map CD ?

1 - Not Sure.
2 - You can't download it. Your dealer or maybe someone online will have the DVD, they can be fairly expensive, try eBay.
