Dashboard Light Color

Has anyone changed their dashboard light color? I have seen some kits on eBay that allow you to change the orange dash lights to other colors like blue and was thinking about having it done.

I changed mine recently, I bought blue neons from my local motor factors, I did a search on this forum before I started and it was very straightforward
Dash trims & neon bulbs for gauges fitted!
If I was to do them again (which I think I will!)I would use the super bright white neons,I have already changed the silver interior trim for body colour since taking these pictures!!!

The blue looks pretty cool. Why would you go white if you were to do them again?

Don't get me wrong the blue ones are cool but I think the white might look a bit cleaner or sharper

But I am pretty happy with them.

Whites

I do mine in whites again too if I ever get around to it. I bought the blue ones from porscheleds except for some odd reason my digital displays are really finicky and I couldn't get it to work, so just the analogs are blue. But yeah, the blues aren't that super bright to begin with and white would be a better look for the boxster. although, I wouldn't go for the leds again though just not the same brightness you see like in newer cars...I hear there are these lights from Japan that are amazingly bright that would put leds to shame...I need to look for those again but thats what I would put in if I ever were to do it again.
