Control arm bushings

I have searched the forum and gotten no hits even though I know I have seen "control arm bushings" in threads...I have seen someone (Randall?) attribute the awful groaning sound over low speed bumps to warn control arm bushings, and I was wondering if there is a good aftermarket replacement for the bushings only or if one needs to spring for fancy aftermarket control arms? I googled it and have not had much luck finding bushings.
Thanks

Thanks. OMG, "warn control arm bushings...". How mortifying. Obviously, should be "worn".

Are you a member over on the Renntech.org forum?

Lots of technical info including this little gem regarding that noise as it relates to the rear control arms: Boxster Control Arm Repair, Boxster Rear Control Arm Repair
