Question for Jake
 

Jake,

Could you explain how the IMS bearing, bearing cap/cover and intermediate shaft interconnect with each other? Secondly, what is the purpose of the slotted stud and locknut through the bearing cover? I am having a difficult time visualizing how it all comes together while viewing the limited pictures available on the various boards.

Any information would be very much appreciated.

I won't have time to reply in detail until Monday, got lots on my plate at the present. To say the least we are popular guys since the word got out on what we have created.
