More importantly, where did you manage to find skirts for $100?

Check with Suncoast Porsche. They typically have the best prices so if they say they are $6.81, that's what they really cost. At least you'll find out if your dealer is trying to gouge you.

Garage
Hey bro,

I was in the same position, I bought a set of Aero II's already painted guards red like my car (EBay for $200) but it don't come with any hardware. After checking around I went to a local Porsche mechanic and they ordered me the clips and screws (about $80). The double stick tape was simply 3M from Autozone ($5.99 a roll x 3).

The clips are special and when you see them and go to use them you will be glad you got the OEM clips and not manipulating some multi fit to suit your needs. Installation instructions can be found on line, if you need any help finding the correct hardware just let me know. As you can see from my signature the skirts are installed and looking HOT!
