I can't really tell...I did it all for the sound. I'm sure emissions testing wouldn't be a problem, but I don't care, because I don't have to worry about it. No performance upgrades to the FX, nothing really excites me that much...when I can spend the money elsewhere. Maybe I should look into it though....
