Check Engine Light - Codes are;

I have an '01 Boxster S with 102,000 miles on it. I had a check engine light come on yesterday, with the following codes;

DTC Count = 5
Fault Number:P1130
Description:Porsche fault code 361 - Oxygen sensing adaptation
Repair Infomation:idle range bank 2
DTC Count = 5
Fault Number:P0300
Description:Porsche fault code 62 - Misfire damaging to cat.
Repair Infomation:converter
DTC Count = 5
Fault Number:P0306
Description:Porsche fault code 68 - Cylinder 6 misfire damaging to
Repair Infomation:cat. converter
DTC Count = 5
Fault Number:P0305
Description:Porsche fault code 67 - Cylinder 5 misfire damaging to
Repair Infomation:cat. converter
DTC Count = 5
Fault Number:P1128
Description:Porsche fault code 360 - Oxygen sensing adaptation
Repair Infomation:idle range bank 1

I reset the CEL (I have a Durametric)

Today, While driving (Right after changing the oil) the Check Engine light flickered, and the engine felt like it was stuttering a bit. The codes are;

Fault Number:P1130
Description:Porsche fault code 361 - Oxygen sensing adaptation
Repair Infomation:idle range bank 2
DTC Count = 5
Fault Number:P0300
Description:Porsche fault code 62 - Misfire damaging to cat.
Repair Infomation:converter
DTC Count = 5

Description:Porsche fault code 68 - Cylinder 6 misfire damaging to
Repair Infomation:cat. converter
DTC Count = 5
Fault Number:P0305
Description:Porsche fault code 67 - Cylinder 5 misfire damaging to
Repair Infomation:cat. converter
DTC Count = 5
Fault Number:P1128
Description:Porsche fault code 360 - Oxygen sensing adaptation
Repair Infomation:idle range bank 1

Does this indicate any issues that changing all 4 O2 sensors wont solve?

I'm not an expert code reader, but swapping your sensors will not hurt anything if they're original to the car and have 102k on them.

Doing this will quickly show you if this is the issue or the cats are burned out... which I hope is not your problem ($$$$).

1128, 1130...Your car is running lean... to the point of misfire. Driving is not advised until you solve the problem as it can damage your motor. Common causes for this are an intake vacuum leak(loose oil filler cap, dislodged oil filler tube, failed AOS, torn or loose intake boots, loose gas cap, torn vacuum line etc). Another common cause is failed MAF sensor. Maybe no parts needed at all.

More info on P1128 and P1130 is available in this forum using the search function to see how others fixed/did not fix this problem. Good luck.

You need to diagnose the problem.. start simple & move up the chain...

start with CHECKING for vacuum leaks, Clean the MAF sensor, secondary ignition, then primary ignition...

I have yet to see an O2 sensor cause a cylinder miss...

You can also go over to cannell.co.uk and download the diags for the 986 model. The Durametric tool allows for graphing of actual values -- check the upstream/downstream O2 sensor waveforms to see if they're working OK. Also check fuel trim (adaptation) as this is the big indicator of drivability problems in all gasoline cars. Good luck.
