Removing CR 220
 

I ordered an iPod hook up cable for my car (its actually for a different radio, but if the pins differ in arrangement greatly I'll just re arrange them). And I have a couple questions:

I ordered removal tools, but was curious if there was a way to remove the radio without them? Just in case or something

I also understand that there is a place i can draw power from that is used for charging phones above the radio? Can anybody tell me where this is?

You cannot remove the radio without radio keys, but some people have been able to use universal keys. If your worried just keep the keys in one of the trunks.
Do a search for the telephone or phone connector. It is under the center console, and there is plenty of information on the cable and the wire colors. :cheers:
