Headers for 2.5L Tiptronic

Does anyone have a recommendation/source for a pair of headers for a 2.5L tiptronic. I have been a bit confused because they seem to range in prince from $100 to $500 and i don't see a real difference. Chi from DelubozParts sells headers but his say they 'will not clear the tiptronic tranny'. None of the others say anything about the tiptronic tranny. Thanks.

Though I could be wrong, I'm not sure that headers on a tiptronic offer near the same performance improvements as a manual - may not be worth the money spent.

Then there's a potential issue with excess heat which is Public Enemy #1 for automatics. Sure, you could JetHot coat them or wrap them, but then you're just pushing the heat problem downstream potentially affecting the service life of the cats and/or OČ sensors. Be sure you take this into consideration.
