Window Regulator

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME IF I NEED SPECIAL TOOLS, TO TAKE OFF THE DRIVERSIDE DOOR PANEL, TO SEE IF I AM CAPABLE OF REPLACING THE WINDOW REGULATOR.Thank you.

my regulator is going bad..
this job looks like a PITA...maybe wh ile i'm in there I can add LED door lights or something "cool"...
