Air bag light

Any ideas on why my air bag light is on? my car is a 1997 boxster with only 25000 miles.Is the any quick fix, is this a big deal? thanks

there are 4 or 5 things that can trigger the airbag light.

first 2 things are the seat belt buckles... they go bad, need replacing

other 2 things are the seat belt retractors that roll up the belt.

i think the last is the ground for the steering wheel airbag needs to be given a better ground.


You'll need someone with durametric software to scan your cars computer to find out what triggered it.
