Fuel additive for storage

Does anyone know if I need to do anything to the fuel in my Boxster when I store it? Is there any kind of additive that I should add? I'll be storing it for about 4 1/2 or 5 months (damn these Minnesota winters!)

Also, if anyone has any other storage advice, such as tire pressure, etc., please let me know!

Thanks!

Scott

Use a fuel stabilizer available at auto parts and discount stores. Direction are on the label. This spring my '99 started on the first turn after five months in storage.

StaBil is the one I use. Have had no problems at all w/stale fuel when using it, in some cases for more than a full year. BTW, I put it in all my small engine gas cans all the time so that I never have to worry about draining any tanks in the fall.

Wal-Mart carries it in the auto section.
