power steering reservoir leak

I haven't had much time to work on the Box (or get on the forums for that matter), however, today was sunny and I thought I'd take it for a spin. Wasn't to be.

The power steering reservoir was bone dry and it sounded like it.

I believe the leak is coming from where the reservoir meets the tube connected to it as there's an accumulation right below on the engine. Is there a gasket that's gone? Anybody know what needs to be done to remedy the situation?
Thanks.

Isn't there an O ring that seals that up?

Is your car a S? Have you tracked it hard? A common problem on S's that are tracked hard is that the red oring/ clip that connects the reservoir to the return line will melt causing a leak... this may be your culprit, but check your connections under your car as well...

Don't know about being tracked....
Is the O-ring easily replaced or do I have to get a complete reservoir?
Should I just pull up on the reservoir to disconnect and inspect?

Same problem happens to me! Do I have a lot of stuff to remove in order to have access under the steering fluid reservoir? Does anybody have a procedure for this fix?
