Boxster Remote Key
 

I want to buy another remote key for my 2003 Boxster without paying the dealer price. I saw one for sale: LTQTXF315P 2255 102 275 megamos TXF315P.

Will that be compatable with my remote: Delphi TXF315P3, CAN3659104467,TLQTXF315P3, FM315 Mhz. ?

Ask the seller for the 986 part number.

And, if the key head does not come with the 24 digit code on the paper tag for that key head then it is worthless.

His part numbers match his key, but the data on our keys is different. I guess my question was, can the new key be programed to my car. It is advertized for 03-04 Boxster.

If this is a used key and he does not have the 24 digit code that goes with it then it is worthless as it cannot be reprogramed for any car. If he does not have the Porsche part number then it is a lost or defective used key.
