Cruise Control quit!

My (2000 S) cruise control just quit working. No light, no response, no warning. Any ideas on this? Also on my wife's (98) the light comes on when I activate the switch, but no response. And my Bently service manual doesn't say anything about it.

For about the last 3 weeks my cruise control has had the same issue.

Check fuse panel first. Diagram of what is what is in your manual toward the back.
