Reset Tools

Does anyone know where I can find a reset tool for my 2000 boxster? I put an EVOMS highflow intake and it blew out my MAF sensor which I replaced but have not turned off the check engine light on my dash

Unplug your battery after getting your radio code.

WOW!! Does that really work? It would be considerably cheaper?

Yes it does, but it is important to have your radio code.

I will tell you from personal experience to be careful while unplugging the battery cable, unknown which battery you have, but if you can open your cells to vent the gasses, do so.

The Hydrogen is explosive, and can ignite off of a little spark.

You will alway's remember the warning if you live through it. I did and will believe it from now on.
