Soution: Drive faster! :D

One common cause for noise from the rear end is rattling heat shields above the muffler. Check the achieves for details

Could you discribe the noise in greater detail?

-light sheet metal tapping noise?
-heavy chatter over road bumps?

You sure its not your rear end thats making the noises?

Could be a worn tracking arm as they do go out on older boxsters, or a wheel bearing that is compressed a little more when going over a speed bump.

You hear the mouse that is in there running on his wheel

CJ_Boxster 08-24-2007 01:47 PM

Nah, the mouse would trip over the balance weight and crack its skull on the brake caliper ;)
