Steering wheel repalement questions

I am returning my steering wheel to factory from aftermarket (installed by a previous owner). The car is an 02 Boxster S and the steering wheel is the factory one for this car. The steering wheel does not seem to seat down far enough to cancel the turn signals. I see the part that the steering wheel is supposed to hit to cancel the turn signal, but the steering wheel does not reach it and it is seated completely because there is no gap at the back of the steering wheel. Also I seem to missing the wiring for the airbag and horn. The only possible connections I see are 2 connectors, one red and on yellow behind the lever for the windshield wipers these are 2 conductor female connectors and have nothing connected to them. Do I need connectors with wiring that would go from these to the airbag connector and horn connectors?

Thanks,

Jerry
