Zener Diode Mod

Has anyone done the ZENER DIODE MOD to get around the O2 sensors so the check engine light does not come on?

I like to purchase a header for my Boxster-S from Tj Boutique on e-bay. He mentioned that I can get around the O2 sensors with that mod. Any help on this would be great.

Thanks.
