The Bilstein Coilovers are expensive, I think I paid 1,800.00 for them, but I love the car being lower and the ride. I suspect if I only had one mod to do to the car, it would be putting on these coilovers, have fun,

i think he's talking about the bilstein struts, not the PSS9's. anyway, the bilstein struts are indeed quite a bit stiffer than stock. they are even stiffer than the M030. if you value ride quality, get the factory dampers. if you like to go fast, get the bilsteins.

I would go for the ROW M030 kit which includes shocks, springs and anti-roll bar. About $1,000 and you get a much better handling car.

If you're at all interested, I can give you a smoking good deal on a set of low-mile "S" shocks (not M030). They came off my car with 40,000 miles on them.

I need them out of the house and I'd rather not throw them away.

Sunset Porsche sells the RoW M030 kit for about $1000 if I recall correctly (shocks, springs, bars, bushings)

Sunset is $975 but so is Brandywine and you could just drive down to Philly and pick them up from Brandywine.

Look under your front trunk for what options your car has. "Sport package" just means you have cruise control (454) and the wind stop (551).

If you look under your hood and see option 030 listed, then you have the sport suspension. It's unlikely you have 030. If you do have 030, then yes, you should replace the shocks with 030 shocks (Bilstein's HD shocks are identical and cheaper).
