Troubleshooting JCB Diagnostic Tool Connection Issues

I recently acquired a JCB diagnostic tool and am attempting to connect it to my machine. I read that it's possible to use the original Cat Comm 3 with a Cat 507-1011 adapter to access the J1939 protocol, but I haven't been able to establish a connection. I've tried replacing the drivers in the program but am still facing issues.

The original cost of the JCB interface is about $2000, so I'm keen to get it working if possible. I currently have a Deere EDL, CNH DPA5, and a Cat Comm 3. From what I’ve seen, the Cat Comm 3 seems to offer the best chance of connecting, but I wanted to seek advice here first as I know many of you have more experience with this.

Steps Taken So Far:
1. Using Cat Comm 3 with Cat 507-1011 Adapter: Tried accessing the J1939 protocol using this setup.
2. Driver Replacement: Replaced the drivers in the diagnostic program but still no success.

Current Diagnostic Tools:
- Deere EDL
- CNH DPA5
- Cat Comm 3: Seems most promising based on initial research.

Request for Help:
If anyone has experience or advice on connecting a JCB diagnostic tool using these or similar interfaces, I would greatly appreciate your insights. Your guidance could help me avoid the significant cost of purchasing a new interface. Thank you!
