I don't know what it is, but it's not an Aston Martin, Arnolt Bristol or Lister. It actually looks like a newer custom car based on Jaguar running gear looking at the wheels and knock-off spinners. It sure is a nice looking car. If there was a better picture of the front, I think there are some websites where you can look up information about a car based on its license plate number.

Yea, initially I thought it was a modified D-Type ... but looking at them side-by-side it's clearly something else. Snazzy looking thing though.

I think it's something completely new and custom, but using the running gear from a Series 1 E Type Jaguar. Or maybe an XK 140 or 150. Can't tell in the picture if there's a brake disc behind the rear wheel. There wouldn't be one there if it was E Type running gear, since E Types have inboard rear discs.
