Favorite Refreshing Drink

What is your favorite refreshing liquid?

For me it is Carbonated Lemonade and Vodka.

Gin and tonic with a twist of lime. Truly a civilized drink.

Grapefruit juice and Jim Beam or Jack Daniels. Yeah it's a bit odd.

A gin and tonic with a twist of lime is good too. Key for me is that the tonic be of good quality I addition to a good gin. Q drinks makes a good tonic. Schweppes won't cut it.

Ice water, and the occasional diet green tea or cranberry juice. Gotta stay in shape!

No soft drinks, alcohol, or coffee here.

The enigma of vodka. It isn't supposed to have any taste. So how can you tell one really good one from another really good one? I can understand recognizing a bad one because it likely tastes like crap, a different kind of crap than another bad one. But one good vodka from another?

Now Scotch. They all have different tastes and good vs bad is a matter of opinion. One man's peaty, heady, throat scorching, future headache is another man's heaven on earth.

Vodka, still an enigma.
