It appears the Feds are still giving away our money.

How about reducing spending, starting with this?

the FED has given grants for much more wasteful things...from the 1960,s a grant to explore the military use of frisbees ,atomic handgrenade and spiders spinning webs while high on LSD

Somehow, I don't think that logic will hold on this one.

That is like arguing that while one is stupid, there are others that have lower IQs.

Clearly, that leaves you no better off.

if they fill out all the paper work for the grant from the feds and the paper work from NYC on the zoning permit and its filled out right.....how will you legally deny them. so there is no missunderstanding i would help pay for the gas if you put them all on a boat leaving the US
