Question A treatment for the Soft Top?

My Father says that BMW has some special solution that they recommend you treat at least once a year for his soft top. On his 330i he puts something on their that they sold him. Has anyone ever heard of something like this for the Porsche OR is there a excellent $4.99 solution that I dont know about available at Advance Auto Parts???

Thanks for your help in advance....

Yep - I used this product after reading about it on this site. My experience with it has been very good. It is an excellent product - maybe a little more than $4.99, but well worth it.
