Wheel spacers...good or bad??

Does anyone have experience of them? I'm curious to hear about the pros and cons especially the bonoss wheel spacers.

check out member TTGator youtube channel - he adds wheel spacers in one of his videos. Read the comments it may help

I'm a fan, but in moderation. Anything more than about 10mm is a bad idea, in my opinion.
