2000 Boxster S - Omaha

Hey all, here's my intro. Just got my Boxster S a couple days ago. It's a 2000, only has 16,000 miles on it.

Anyone in the Omaha area know a good Porsche mechanic I can take it too when needed?

Welcome!

Whoa, 16k miles is pretty low! Was the car serviced through the years?

I wish I knew. I bought it from a lexus dealer, so previous owner traded it in. I haven't really found any documentation on past services. I'm thinking I'll take it to a local porsche dealer soon and get it thoroughly checked out.

You should have the oil & filter changed & save a sample of the oil to send off
to be analized.

Looks great! As mentioned, get oil and filter done. Coolant can be checked as can brake fluid but as a general rule, changing all fluids would be money well spent!
