Womdow regulator

I have a 2005 Boxer S and the passenger window regulator has gone badd. I have seen them for as little as $58, and as much as $380. Can some one tell me why the difference in price, and a good reputable place to get one? The motor seems to be fine is it recommended that the motor be replaced even though it appears to be OK?
