Any boxsters in Costa Rica ?

Thanks for the reply and warm welcome.

With an 80% import tax, they are few and far between.

Yet, when we do spot one, it creates a buzz and the people love it!

The downside could be the deep potholes that could ruin the car.

I'm leaving tonite for a week in Panama, and visiting the Panama City Porsche dealership is definitely on my list of stuff to do. Yo quiero una Panama Porsche camiseta! I'm also hoping to make contact with some Panama Porsche Club people either on this trip or the next, depending on how time goes.

The eventual plan is to retire and move there, getting my resident visa under the pensionado program, which will allow me to import my car without duty.
