Replacing the leather shift boot

I have a grey interior 986 S and the leather shift boot had a hole in it. To get the Porsche replacement part was something like $300 (comes with the plastic base and the knob). Instead of shelling out that, instead I bought a replacement leather boot from Red Line Goods (no affiliation). The color match was OK, but not perfect, but other than that, I think it came out really good. Here are some pictures. http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02...1603935856.jpg
