White clocks

Bought some secondhand white clocks for 60GBP and they are really easy to fit, took 30 minutes start to finish, swapped circuit board inside with my original to keep the mileage correct.

Nice
Where did you buy those - from shop or private? I'd like to buy white dials in my 986 as well.

Plenty of them on Ebay :-)

Make sure you get the right ones for yours i.e. manual or tiptronic

As I say in my post really easy to do, only half hour job

I’m just about to do the 996 Clock swop so will soon have a set of white dials up for grabs for a 986 if anyone is interested

Yo probably have mph dials... I'd need km/h dial faces for manual gear box 986 (2001)...

I have a former US car with MPH speedo but the digital read out can be switched to KPH so there is no real problem registering in Canada. Not sure what the Finnish authorities say.

Similar issue here, the car is US spec and it has been already re-programmed to km/h in digital read out (no issues with authorities). I'd prefer to change the dials to white and same time to km/h and C for temperatures.
Looks like these kind dial faces are very hard to find... Any ideas where I could look in to?
Design911 in UK sells these TechArt white dial faces, but the price is about 200EUR/USD a set - with that price for only dial faces, I'll rather swap the dials to 996 all together

My 03S came stock with the white dial faces so you may want to check with a dismantles or 'wrecker' as we call them here and see what they might have. Good luck!

If I hold in the left push button on the clocks I can change the digital readout from mph to kph and vice versa. No need to re program.
