Looking for recommendations on cold weather (Minnesota) installation of decals

Do it indoors.

You can also use a heat gun to warm the area up

Start with the decal at room temp. Heat gun the surface your applying it to. I would do it inside if possible. If it warmer than 50 inside you got it licked.
