2006 top on a 1998 Boxster

Would there be any trouble putting a top from a 2006 Boxster on a 98? They look the same except for the glass window.
Thanks for your thoughts.

No, that will not work. You can, however, transplant a 2003/2004 top with frame onto a 98. The 2006 (987) top and frame will not fit. See below thread that confirms this when someone tried to do this...
