986 soft top remote control
 

Hi all,


I know there is a product for the 987s and above that allow the hood to be operated from a remote control, however i have not seen one for the 986?

There is a mod that work from inside the car but i was looking for one that uses a separate keyfob to operate remotely.

Any chance that exists?

The problem with a remote top control is that you still have to manual unlatch the clamp in the center of the A-Pillar. There are one touch solutions, so you don't have to hold down the button, but there's no getting around the latch.
