Air Bag Warning Light

1998 Base
Over the past six years I have replaced both seat belt buckles when the air bag warning light came on, and resetting it did no good. The dash light is on again. Is there anything I can do other than replace the seat belt buckle? The stealership gets $129 for the part, and I'm getting tired of this.

Probably not because of the buckles. Can you get the codes read to see what is actually triggering the light?
