Wiper motor removal

Are there any significant challenges I should be aware of before I get to removing the wiper motor? I have reviewed the steps in my Bentley book. I think I see that the wiper center motor post may be a challenge to push out from under the windshield to get the pump out. The other three bolts mounting the motor seem pretty simple to remove.

I'll help you switch one if you come out to my place. It's very easy

Garage
That is a nice offer to help a fellow. If you look up the instructions on the heater flap repair or heater core removal they detail removing motor. Both components are under the motor.

I have been meaning to text you Woody. I need a bunch of small things again. I just was waiting for it to dry out before heading in that direction. I know your area got a bunch of rain. I am still working on the intermittent wiper problem. I think the problem points to the motor. If you remember we swapped out the relay and knob.
