Brake fluid
Which one to use ?
For a street car would there be any difference in a DOT 4 ?? Im going to order a Motive 100 power bleeder (any other suggestions ?) Thanks Dwight |
I use ATE 200 I've heard others use RBF600 Motul. but that is about twice the price
I also saw Advanced Auto is selling Pentosin Super Dot 4.
Not any longer, called my contact there and they said it has been pulled from their line.....even though it is on their website
Sorry they still have the Pentosin line in our stores. Do you have any O'Reilly's near you?
Pelican parts has it I believe as well

Napa has the pentosin on sale right now for $9 something/liter, I got 2 for my other cars. In the boxster I use ATE type 200 "super gold" @$15/liter. If I wasn't doing any tracking in the bocster I would use the pentosin, I heard that the Porsche fluid is relabeled pentosin (unverified :) )
