Hmm... am I the only forum member who'd be reluctant to use a pressure washer on his car's engine??

No, you're not. I don't think "reluctant" quite says it, though

I will ask the guy who did it. And report back. I was going to use my hands and take a few hours doing it. This was 2 mins if that. And the dirt was pretty major.

I was not convinced and was reluctant. I didn't want to watch. However once you get your protectors up to stop your seats and carpet wet in the front and u start doing it there is no turning back. But your right in was not wishing to go down this route but it turned out ok. Clean and 2 mins. Left the engine cover off to dry the moisture out with the engine running.

I'm pleased with the basic results and no damage done.

I just think its a nice to do and really only takes a few minutes. Just don't be scared to get it wet in there. Came up ok with no scrubbing so a bit more attention to detail and it would sparkle.

If only it had one of those clear lids with a light to show it off. The engine is wasted covered up I think.

How many did/have you made so far and plans to make some more. I think I have to have one.

I've made 20 so far. I'm just waiting on fasteners to make them interchangeable with the current engine cover. The price will be around the same price as a quoted earlier ~300-350 depending on options

I'm not sure how much shipping to the UK will be at that size, but if there's high demand, I will see how bulk shipping works out. I'm glad you like it btw |

Love it. With the blue light it just sets the car off IMO. I'm sure there will be demand from the UK

Keep me posted. Pointless cleaning the engine just to cover it back up again.
