Check out Renntech.org, search 986 cruise control (OBC will be there), lots of good reading. 2003 & 2004 are the same. 2000-2002 slightly different.
So, if I get the 4 stalk addition and hook it up, I can then take the car to the dealer or independent and he can activate the cruise and OBC?

What functions does the OBC have?
