Car won't run

Hi all. Got a problem with my Boxster 3.2 Triptronic 2000 not running. Starts and sounds OK for 4 seconds then slowly revs decrease and car stalls. No response from the throttle.

Last time I took the car out (2 weeks ago) - it had a whistle which by reading the threads I thought maybe the AOS which I have purchased but not yet fitted. Also the car was running lumpy at tick over - the day was wet and I know that the coil packs had cracks in them when I fitted new plugs so thought I'd change them too. I fitted the Nearside ones and tried the engine and the stall thing occurred. Unfortunately I didn't start the engine prior to fitting so thinking maybe something there. The OBD reader has a PO740 TCC Circuit Malfunction error come up (seen this before but no obvious problems)

Now thinking could be the MAF but with the coil packs / AOS / TCC fudging the issue I don't know what to start first.

It's raining outside and can only work on the car in drive in the dry. I also have only one working arm :ah:so any work is hard won. Any direction / plan of attack would be appreciated.

Cheers

Roger.
